Anemismata Apartments

YOGA & ACTIVITIES RETREAT (28/5 – 4/6/2016)

Τhis year, we have a very special holiday prepared for you. A week of Yoga combined with activities at the magnificent Cycladic island of Tinos, in the heart of the Aegean Sea, in Greece. We’ll do Yoga and Mediation in the morning to strengthen our body and mind, and then we’ll have the chance to practice various activities (outdoors, arts, tradition, and more), enjoy the beautiful beaches, or just relax in the gorgeous island’s Nature. We will also have the chance to taste the excellent local Gastronomy, through a wide choice of restaurants and tavernas (optional).

The Retreat will be housed at «Anemismata Apartments”, a boutique hotel, ideally located in the outskirts of the island’s capital town, Chora, which offers stunning views, warm hospitality, and comfort, in a traditional setting. All apartments have two rooms, own bathroom and kitchen, and can house from 2 to 4 persons. There are also 3 studios, very spacious, with own bathroom and kitchen, that can house from 1 to 3 persons.

We will have the chance to escape from everyday routine for a week of relaxation, revitalisation, and detoxication. A journey, an adventure, and a richer experience of life, with new encounters and insights.
