Last September, we had our first Yoga & Surf Retreat in the beautiful island of Tinos, Greece, led by Maria Sloka, our wonderful Instructor from Sweden. It was an amazing experience for everyone involved, so we decided to repeat the Retreat this year, 19-26 September 2015.
Once again, we will have the chance to escape from everyday routine for a week of relaxation, revitalisation, and detoxication. We will strengthen our body and mind in the morning through Yoga and Meditation, and in the afternoon we will go Surfing, an activity that offers big thrills and a lot of pleasure, along with the feeling of emersion into and becoming one with the local Nature, of which the most prominent element is, of course, the Sea.
We will stay in multi-bed apartments with own kitchen, taste the renown local gastronomy, and Miranda, who lives in Tinos, will show us around this unique island of the Cyclades.
A journey, an adventure, and a richer experience of life with new encounters and insights.
